This policy explains what information AmerTech, Inc. collects through this website (amertechinc.com), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you send a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message; we use them to reply to you and to provide what you asked about. The request for our full list of represented lines asks for your name and work email; we use them to review the request and, if we approve it, to email you a link to the list.

FizzPop Media, our web developer, runs the form service on Cloudflare and sends each submission and each access email through Postmark. Submissions are kept for 36 months, then deleted.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting and security. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
• Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person. It may store a short-lived token in your browser for that check only.
• Represented lines access. If you open the link we email you, this site sets a cookie (ati_lines) that keeps the full list open in your browser for 180 days. It is needed for that page to work and is used for nothing else.
• Website feedback. We use BugHerd so our team can leave feedback on pages. Its script loads from BugHerd's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. The feedback tool only shows to our team.

Cookies and your choices

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The only things it stores in your browser are the ones described above, which the site needs to work, so there is nothing to turn off.

We honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, we use no advertising cookies. This site doesn't respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them.

Sharing and selling

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-site advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above, who act for us, and when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under your state's or country's privacy law. Contact us using the details below; we'll answer within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
